Product Name: Tempura Batter Mix
Specification: 1kg / 30lbs
Main Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Corn Starch, Salt.
Product Advantage:
- Commercial Consistency: Engineered for reliable performance across all kitchen sizes, scaling effortlessly from 1kg precision batches to 30lbs continuous commercial frying.
Cooking Method (4-Step Frying Guide):
- Batter Prep: Fill a container with cold water, pour in the appropriate amount of tempura powder, and gently stir. (Note: Excessive stirring will make the batter too sticky; keep it loose for fluffy and tender tempura).
- Temperature Control: For seafood, control the oil temperature from 170°C to 180°C. For frying vegetables, the oil temperature should be controlled at around 160°C.
- Coat & Fry: Drain the seafood thoroughly. First, apply a light dusting of dry tempura powder, then spread the liquid paste evenly over the ingredients. Deep fry in the pan until golden.
- Drain: After removing from the oil pan, hold the fry with chopsticks, shake 2-3 times, and drain the excess oil completely.
Serving Suggestion: The definitive choice for classic Japanese dishes. Essential for frying Ebi Tempura (shrimp), squid, sweet potatoes, lotus root, eggplant, and other delicate vegetables or seafood.
