Grilled Chicken Wings with Jade Bridge Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce

Ingredients:


1 large shallot, finely

chopped

1 cup fresh lime juiceSalt and pepper

1/2 cup Jade Bridge Sesame Oil

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup Jade Bridge light soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey Chicken and assembly


3 pounds chicken wings,flats and drumettes separated if desired Salt and pepper


1/2 cups shishito peppers



Steps:


1.Wash chicken wings and dry with paper towel. Make sure to dry well the chicken with ensure crispy skin. Begin preparing the vinaigrette, which will act as a marinade and sauce,by

combining shallots,lime juice,salt, pepper and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add the liquid

component such as Jade Bridge Sesame Oil, Jade Bridge light soy sauce,vegetable oil,and

honey. Jade Bridge Sesame oil and light soy sauce benefits are a good excuse to use in cooking

and adds flavor too. Sesame oil has a sesame taste and roast flavor, Light soy sauce tastessalty, and it's thin and can used for enhancing the flavor of any dish.

Soy sauce and sesame oil contains many kinds of essential amino acids and antioxidant that

are able to effectively stimulate net muscle protein balance,reducing the risks on some chronic diseases, cancer, and also act as anti-cholesterol



2.Season chicken wings with salt and black pepper, place in a large resealable plastic bag, and add 1 cup of vinaigrette. Use part of the vinaigrette to marinate the wings to break down the tissue and infuse with moisture and flavor.

Chill at least 2 hours and up to 1 day. Before grill the chicken, lightly oil the grilling surface to avoid flare ups and for the skin not sticking up on the grill. Keep a close eye on the grill and turning it occasionally and use medium heat to allowing the fat to render and the skin to

crisp.Grill chicken for 12 minutes until wings are evenly charred, cooked through and the colour

turn into golden brown.

3.Grill shishito peppers, season itwith salt and black pepper, then wait for 3 minutes until charred and blistered. Plate the chicken and the shishito peppers into the plate, add herbs with 1/2 cup vinaigrete to make it delicious when served. Perfect food for holiday!
